Yes you are correct, you can also check Aor in dec to know more about there current pattern

I submitted my application on 26-feb. After that i got 2 requests to submit schedule 4 and schedule A which i submmited.

Medicals passed
Review in progress
However bg check has been changed from not started to not nweded at this time. What does it mean? How come it changed to not needed when it is not even started?

Any clue?
