This comment is false. There is no such thing as renewing PR since it never expires. The PR card can expire and you can renew it, but the PR status never does unless revoked.

That is what I meant... your status can be revoked when you apply to renew your PR card, and they see that you did not comply with the program requirements.

Not true. There is no such thing as "program requirement" once you get PR. You are protected by the Canadian Charter as soon as you become a permanent resident.

CIC agents are trying to send message to all of them that there is no fixed rule for 6 month process. everyone should expect for a year...... all people have same feedback that do not call us before feb 17...............
