Congrats man!

Ahhh... it's strange coming back here after sooo many months and still seeing that people are waiting for almost 12 months :-(

I wish you remaining lot best of luck.

Hi...Could you please write the exact message they sent you !!! What exact things they are looking for ??? Why they give you one month to reply ????
The most common reason of rejection WRT to job letters is that you fail to prove that you've held a NOC 0, A or B job for 12 consecutive months (at least 365 days) and the second is that the roles don't align with your claimed NOC.

If you fell in to the NOC alignment category then it's quite simples, your letters must detail you roles and responsibilities in such way as they match to at least 70% of your expected NOC duties. Furthermore, they must mention it's a full time job, mention how many hours a week you're working and your salary and benefits.

If they're complaining about you not having worked for at least 12 months then you'll need to convince them that the calculated wrong - good luc with that (it's nearly impossible to revert this).

They will have mentioned their concerns in the letter they sent you and you must address them, ALL OF THEM.

I see that you're CEC, which is strange as Canadian employers usually know how to write the reference letters for IRCC.

Hello Friends,
Can anybody tell me here what is the meaning for “waiting for officer’s review ??” Because my file gets stuck since last 6 months for officer’s review. Can anybody tell me how this things work and how much time does it take ??? My AOR is FEB 01 2017.

Need help !!!
I know this sucks but you eventually found out what that meant when you got the letter, right?

Officer review means there is something they're not happy with in your file and has been flagged to be reviewed by an officer, in this case it was your job experience. Generally via GCMS notes you can see this and react to it in a proactive manner (reaching out to you employer for a new set of letters for example).

Good luck in clearing up the officer's concern.

Hi guys,
I have a query for my friend, he has paper based application with IRCC and its been 08 months, by this time we were expecting medical, but meanwhile we received a letter saying that application is likely to be refused as visa officer isn't satisfied with the IELTS Score. Below is the IELTS result

Listening: 6.5
Reading: 3.5
Writing: 6.0
Speaking: 6.0

Please: He applied based on the nomination received from SINP (Saskatchewan PNP) on family economy program.

This letter is of 03 pages, the VO mentioned following points in 03 pages letter:
a. VO is not satisfied with the english competency, the candidate applied under the NOC of Lawyer advocate, and such profession requires high english level , e.g CLB 8.0
b. The above mentioned ielts score satisfies the requirement of family nominee program of province, however it is not enough to be able to contribute as potential candidate for the economy of canada.
c. I understand that you have family connection in the province to support you, however, they can't help you much in your professional life to stabilize with the complex legal preceding of a lawyer's job.
d. You've 90 days to submit any document to support your position, else you application is likely to be declined.

So, We left with 35 days more to reply them and thinking on following possibilities: Pls advise
a. we should submit them revised/improved ielts result, equal to CLB 7 or 8.
b. in worst case, on not succeeding in ielts, we can hire some solicitor in canada, as his brother is living there, and they can claim that ielts score meets the PNP requirement, therefore he got the nomination, or any other reason which a local canadian solicitor may assist in.
c. or we can submit a revised ielts, let see whether it gets accepted, in case it is failed, application will get declined, can we high lawyer at that stage?

Thanks for reading and your opinion.

Regards,
Abdul Qayyum
You friend's problem is simple, his reading score od 3.5 will disqualify him from any skilled immigrant economic class entry scheme (FSW or CEC). Improving that will allow him to qualify. CLB 7 is the safest bet and that means improving reading to at least a 6.0.

Hi guys
I'm March AOR. I'm wondering any outlanders who have noticed changes to their Medical status. Mine will expire in early March.
Should I expect a redo request after medical expiration or close to expiration?
Thanks.

I received my PPR in mid may. I submitted my passports and received it last week. Now I have an error in COPR. The country of issue is UAE whereas it should be India (place of issue is Dubai). So how can this be changed? I have emailed the LVO but there is no response.
Please advise me what can be done at this stage. I have booked my tickets for last week July.
What happen later, please advise. i have similar case.

Hello Everyone,

I received PPR as single applicant in Nov'17 but did not send in the passport as i got married in Dec'17 which was notified to CIC. They asked for relationship proof , wedding pictures etc which was submitted & now they have asked for Medicals for my wife.I am assuming they verified all the documents related to wedding , that's when i was asked for Wife's Medical (they had mentioned earlier "upon recipet , review of documents we will ask for Medical if not done already)

Medicals have been submitted today

Do you think PPR request is around the corner ?
