Keep in mind that I did this in Canada. In Canada everything medical is much slower since it's not privately owned and the government runs it all.
Ahhhhh that makes sense... Public health system is probably slower with non critical cases!

May be that's why so many CEC have been complaining about their meds taking ages to chance...

I don't think it will be cancelled as long as you have covered Passport, Education and Police Report according to their requirement.
Anything else, they will ask you to submit additional doc.
That makes sense as some people have been asked to upload IELTS right at the beginning and IELTS is not explicitly asked for...

Still I think if you fail to upload a reference letter without explaining in LoE or any other compulsory doc you get the boot.

Ah? Are you kidding?
99.9999999....% of the clinics and labs are privately owned
even the hospitals, i doubt any hospital is still owned by government, not to mention to be run by government. Canada is not soviet union.
The panel physician I went to see didn't even have his own lab. He managed to work on deals with the x-ray lab downstairs and a blood test lab across the street.

My doctor sent me to the hospital to get my blood test and X-ray. I didn't pay much for the blood test or X-ray since it was covered using my health card. I got my test done in NS.

Hospitals in Canada are not private: http://www.parl.gc.ca/content/sen/committee/372/soci/rep/repoct02vol6part1-e.htm

The money and funding that the hospitals use come from the Federal and Provincial government. If you control the money you control the entity.

Those that have PNP, they are also checking that as the part of the preliminary checks. So that might be reason for the delays.

Ownership usually resides with community-based not-for-profit corporations, religious organizations, or (rarely) with municipal governments or universities

;)

your own link speaks for the answer ;)
Community-based not-for-profit corporations doesn't equal to government.
government has a hospital expenditure doesn't mean they're in the management.
All hospitals are managed by the board of directors just like every other corporation.

You're quite right but the PNP is part of the A11.2 checks that are performed after the R10 tests.

Everyone seems to agree that the R10 checks are the first thing to be done, however, no one is sure about what goes on after, if it's the mess or the a11.2...

May be they do them all together... still though does explain why that lady in the other thread seemed to have been caught out during the R10 tests 2 mounts after her AOR...

I kinda feel if there's a problem with one application, they also hold it and send it to a second person for reviewing purpose.
Anyone who orders notes can confirm this?

I do not think that doing the medicals early results in immediate Meds passed status.

I did my medicals on 25th Nov. My doc told me that if I do not hear from them in about a week, it means everything is fine. XRAY was digital, so it was spot-on.
AOR on 2nd Jan, yet no movements in medicals/profile, kinda getting a bit of tension.

I am pretty sure of my medicals, as I got another medical check done for my company, as I had to travel to another country and involved similar checks from the same hospital. This was done on 15th Dec, and came out clean. ;)

When it comes to medicals, you can get the idea from what the doctor that was uploading it will tell you. But what medical passed can mean in our applications is that we have also most likely passed first document check.

Just got a call from the clinic, she told me that CIC requested an additional test for me, because I had high pressure during the exam.

She told me it is totally normal and referred me to a cardiologist.

She uploaded them on the 4th of Jan.. I am hoping that this is a positive sign, meaning that the document check is done and they are checking medical
