I wanted to upload my PCC to my submitted application. So i submitted a CSE on March 11. I haven't heard anything till date.
What is normal timeframe for such things?

25 to 30 days atleast!

Me and my roommate applied and got AOR on 12th Feb, he is CEC and i'm FSW Inland, he passed his medical on 12th March while i'm still waiting, its true that CEC applications are being processed very fast, according to Immitracker CEC applicants of 28th Feb are passing their medicals.

These days CEC/Inland applicants are getting priority but others are not very far. Our turn will come soon.

Thanks Prashant. I am on this tracker but nothing is moving according to it. So just wanted to ring a bell on the thread. FSW Outland is moving very slow

Hi - my AOR was 2/19, FSW-Outland. Is there any statistic on days to PPR for prior FSW-O candidates? I can't seem to figure it out through the tracker.

My own observations are:

1) Half of Feb and March FSW-O and PNP applications gets accumulated in Sydney, NS.
2) Those guys were extremely slow in the last 2 weeks. I mean static and not even slow.
3) Some initial checks are done here and then they send the file to local VO. At least this means they have opened the file. Which is not in this scenario.
4) In the local VO they are doing the medical. Then background check goes to and fro between Ottawa, Sydney and local VO.

Unfortunately nothing seems to have started for the FSW-O in the time range I have mentioned.
Waiting kills but patience is the name of the game !

Only movement is for the CEC applicants, FSW and PNP are left behind.
I am PNP 19.02 e-AOR, and no movement not so ever in my application.
