Anyone got ghost email or PPR today?

Durrants, Feb 9th is the day you can start calling CIC... i am waiting for my day 24th...

Hello!

Just wanted to add my update on the timeline. My husband and I got PPR last week on Tuesday. I got a ghost email from CIC on the same day before then. Sent in our passports last week and they got delivered today to Ottawa.

My timeline and app details are in my signature below! Hope the info helps anyone with a similar timeline.

Thanks leejan1988. So I called them yesterday and the agent was kind enough to help me checking my file. She said the case has been approved and completed in early Jan and they are just waiting to send the PPR out to my new email address. She is not sure about when that gonna happen but said it should be in next few weeks.

Nothing yet. My husband phoned them yesterday but couldn't get hold of them. He is not available to do it from his work all the time, and if I call they won't give me any info since I'm not PA.

We are kinda all forgotten. Keep telling myself it'll happen, but every time I check the email (which is not that often anymore) feel like s***. Then after I go to MyCIC account to comfort myself since that's where I would expect to receive refusal letter.

I agree - we are all kinda forgotten. its been over 5 and half months and i haven't heard any news for my case except my background status jumping back and forth. I have ordered my GCMS notes and probably get it by end of this month. I have confirmed with my employers if they have been contacted for my job verification or something but no they have not been contacted regarding me at all. so frustrating.

Hi!! Durrants, that is really good news, at least you are approved, just hold on and you know you'll get it. Are you inland or outland? Where do you call?? My 6 months are due tomorrow and I could call them, but not sure where I have to call! Please help
