Congrats Ram Its positive.Its weird that you didnt recieve any ghost email.

Ghost mails are received when updates are done on MyCIC account.
Any updates to ECAS will not notify us. I might receive something tomorrow when batch updates ECAS to CIC.

I have a question...so if your status shows DM in ECAS what is usually the next step, do you get an e-mail stating whether it has been approved/rejected? or do you just have to wait it out for PPR which according to some stats on a thread can be anywhere between 5- 20 days....Thanks

Do you think AINP will help, cause Alberta still doesn't have ties with Express Entry.

hahah nice comments all but the thing is if you read your AOR letter, it tells you that you have to update them if you have received a nomination ...and I know its not going to help me or anything but I just want to follow what they asked for ...

i m about to send my bowp app.paper based.
Do i need to include my picture.
Documemt checklist doesnt ask but at the end of imm5710 form under important notice,picture is mentioned.Kindly suggest.Thanks.

Why don't you apply online (its take 132 days to process) rather Paper. while online you can post your digital pic.
In Paper processing its not in checklist and not required. if your in doubt you can attach a photos, no harm in excess data.

FYI. I never sent any photos while paper processing.

You need to wait for a couple of weeks. Keep checking your email for a PPR. A PPR comes in email and not in MyCIC. Also, do check your spam folder as well, the email can also reach spam.
You can also call CIC and try to ask if your application got approved, you may not get an answer but its worth trying.

As of current status, it will take not more than 2 weeks to receive PPR mail. This will be sent to your email ID directly , no status updates on MyCIC account.

Thanks guys, will wait it out, no point getting flustered, seen a lot of people on the forum who have waited quite a bit. It kills me, but just got to keep that patience going for a bit longer....

Does anyone know what " International Mobility Program " is? do we qualify under this program to extend our work permit?

I talked to CIC today regarding BOWP as my work permit expires in 3 weeks. They told me i have 2 options either wait for AOR or get LMIA from my employer. I talked to my employer and their question is " since i have been working for same company for 2 years why do they need LMIA? i mean why do they need to show now that they interviewed other candidates and no one was eligible"

Say if they agrees to show watever is required under LMIA, should they be showing from 2 years ago?

I am stressing out as i do not have much time left. Please help !
