Ok so your dont have to worry at all like they started with my application on 18 and i got schedule A request after a month as u can see they just passed my medical in that month nothing else so u can relax ...u will get some updation soon

Hi Guys,

Getting nervous now :'( !! Application submitted on Aug 31st, but no update since then. No ECAS access and nothing on medical as well.
Should I try to reach CIC through mail or phone? Or continue to wait for some more time.

About two weeks ago....after a ghost email on 22 sept was first time i noticed it changed

But yours is on the right way as they ask for the schedule A. But mine like nobody is work on it.

Schedule A is usually requested when there are gaps/discrepancies in your travel, personal and/or work history, or if you have had a visa rejection in the past that was not explicitly explained in your PR application. It is not an indication of progress or no progress of an application. Relax my friend! You may or may not get a request to submit Schedule A. Many people have completed the entire process without completing a Schedule A form.

Hello everyone! It's been said that the time between 1st "In Process" and 2nd "In Process" in ECAS means that my case still hasn't started being processed, right? Does it mean that the case has just been lying somewhere for 2-4 months till now and waiting for an officer to change the status to "Documents received" and 2nd "In Process" and start to check the papers?

My timeline is:

my CIC
6.08 Profile submitted
6.08 AOR
16.08 Medical passed
BC not started
DM not started
_______________
Ecas
1. application received 6.08.15.
2. AOR 6.08.15.
3. Started processing application 12.08.15.

we have realised that august onwards the ECAS statuses are changed....in process is what u start with and then you get DM (rejection or approval)....and thats it....so until it changes to DM u will be seeing in process only, CIC might or might not be working on your file....good luck
