How did you make Dakar to respond to webform.yes . I sent two webforms to dakar they told me that my application is in process nothing much.
Am also dealing with Dakar. Raised multiple webforms no single reply nor change in status of my application.

sorry , IRCC responded to my webform informing me that my file was transferred from dakar to vancouver for processingLast time I heard from Dakar was may 2021. That was even after one year of silence( Feb2020 - may 2021)
