I dont know how is government working now, some cases very fast, some cases updated nothing
I submited super visa for parents since 20mar2022 from VietNam.but status changed only to processing egilibity and background processing now. Any got same situations here ?and what solutions for this

Biometric upfront 2 years ago since regular visa visitor was denied.
Medical not done yet
