Yes, I have made it, my brother in law helped with his statistics (he is genius!!! he is doing his BE), I was in queue with 7600, he gave continuous update on how many might have submitted vs. what is my documents probability of getting into 5000 pool.
hope others might have observed that every refresh is reducing count of 30 members, his thought was that each person might have logged in from more than one system...... so onnnnnn....... So with his ability to crack it, I was able to submit successfully with in my document ID 4XXX (4000+) and made the payment after 3 attempts.
