Hi All,

In March 2012, I got rejection from CHC ND stating I do not meet 1 year continuous experience requirement

I have sent letter to program manager and fax to CHC ND explaining the case. No reply from them.

Then I sent email to CIO sydney that when my application with continuous 2 work exp. of 8 month each was accepted initially by CIO then why CHC ND rejected. I got response from them stating only CHC ND can decide now on my case if they want to reopen.

I am not sure if contacting lawyer and spending money on appeal is worth.

Please advise if any point of appealing or just forget about canada immigration.

Thanks,

CanadaPR

sorry ..I am not clear on MI-1 and MI-2 applicants. Please clarify ?

My initial application was approved in May 2010 and then my NOC was removed in June 2010 list and then I sent my complete application packet to CHC ND.

Thats MI -1 i.e. pre june 2010 applicant. I am also pre june june applicant. If you actually have continuous full time experience, then there is a fault on part of visa officer. You may write them a letter detailing your explanation and request for re consideration of your application. It is quite possible that your case may be re-opened

When did you submit you complete application package to New delhi visa office?

Can u plz inform if the status on youe e-cas shows any processing start date?

I just read that you have already written an explanatory letter to them. Only option is to try once again. Hiring a lawyer will not help and would only be a waste of time and money

Minhas,

I sent completed application in Sep 2010 and my e-cas status never showed processing start date. It changed directly to Decision made.
