Hi, I have applied on 31st July'15 paper based application from Hyderabad VFS, application goes to Bangalore Office

This is my 2nd attempt. Earlier I had applied under SPP category on 23rd June'15 and i got my passport on 14th July'15 stating that my application is refused on the basis of other reasons i.e "Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualifications, previous studies and academic record, employment, level of establishment, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans"

BTW My Profile is:
- IELTS : 6.5 Bands (L-8.5, S-6, W-6, R-5.5)
- 10th: 58% / 12th: 55% / B.com: 71% (Quite poor in studies till 12th but worked hard in B.com)
- 11months of experience as a Claims Associate in UnitedHealth Group
- Applied for "Financial Planning & Wealth Management" course in Lambton College, Toronto
- Paid GIC & 1st Sem Fees // Now in my 2nd application I have also shown Parents ITR (Income Tax Returns), 12 lacks of education loan, C.A Report showing Parents savings & Fixed Assets
- And in the Cover Letter I explained why the previous refusal is not relevant to my profile and explained my circumstances
