Anyone else having trouble with the online payment on CIC?

Hi guys,

I am trying to submit my online application for the study permit extension, everything goes well until the last step, the payment won't go through, I get the "Transaction Not Approved" Error.

PS: I am using my Visa credit Card, I am entering all information accurately, I called my credit card company and they say that they can see that my payment is being refused but don't know why because everything is as it should be: no wrong information entered, address is correct, the credit card have enough money...

Is anyone here experiencing the same thing? Is the online payment option on CIC down or something?

Yes, it won't expire until March, 2016. I called the credit card company again and they said that they payment is being refused because the amount to pay is shown as zero in their system. I told them that I don't get to enter manually the total amount to pay and that it is given automatically. Weird !!!
