Also on a side note I recommend na mag pa second or third opinion kayo cause ung Chest PA na xray is not the best to diagnose tb. Dapat merong Apicolordotic in conjunction with a sputum test din. I say this kasi ang dami ko na na experience na patients who test positive sa PDD but have no tb markings sa xray but contract it later on in life.

Hi po, pinarequire po si hubby ng sputum test although wala nman siya previous case ng PTB. ang tanong ko po is bakit sputum test agad eh wla nman siya case na meron. sabi ng nurse sa st lukes un daw ang protocol nila, eh kaso ang tagal ata nung result ng sputum, september intake po si hubby. pwde kaya maglodge na kmi kahit wala pa ung result nung sputum.. bakit sputum agad..

Hi po ..ask ko lang sana if ang IMM1294E FORM ay hindi na kailangan pirmahan sa signature of applicant? kc kung need pirmahan ipiprint ko ang form tapos iauplod dba?help naman po. Plan ko kc mag online application.

You dont need to print sign then upload.
May electronic signature yan. Just upload the document as it is but remember it has to be validated.

Actually ung sa PDD test it is possible to get diagnosed as with TB because a lot of us do have the TB bacterium pero hindi pa nag mamanifest. It is also possible na merong markings sa chest xray mo which indicate tb. If you proceed proceed at your own risk, the problem with tb is it attacks when your immune system is low so kahit wala ka pa tb sympotms now, your pretty much a ticking time bomb for the bacterium.

No symptoms and I passed the sputum test. The doctor in St Luke's was not sure whether I have Active TB, but he put it either way even if he was not sure!! It was proven that I did not have it because the doctor at the embassy passed me in the medical exam. Had I not insisted on doing that, I would have gone to the 6 months medication.

And yes, nagpasecond opinion ako at wala akong tb daw sabi ng doctor ko. Point is MALI yung diagnosis po ng St. Luke's.

I'm posting my experience for the poor people who thinks they really have tb just because that hospital said so!!

Meaning sir hindi ka na nagpa-sputum test? Pwde ba un na humingi kami ng ibang request or magpnta kami sa cardio para sa clearance? para hindi na kami maghintay ng ganun katagal sa result ng sputum lalo na sa september intake na. thank you

Hello po. First time posting on this thread. Nasa early stage palang po ako ng application sa study permit to Canada. Pero eto po ang timeline ko:

Jan 29 - Submitted my online application to NAIT
March 8 - Received my papers back from IQAS (Nagorder ako ng 2 copies just in case magkaabirya)
March 17 - 2nd course option status: Waitlisted
March 25 - 1st course option status: Accepted
March 31 - paid deposit of $1000 online to receive the Letter of Acceptance
April 1 - received my Letter of Acceptance online
* waiting for my passport kasi kakarenew ko lang last May 5 sa Phil Embassy sa Abu Dhabi

Sa UAE po ako nagttrabaho pero uuwi po ako ng Pinas para dun magapply kasi nabasa ko po na matagal ang processing dito kay sa sa Pinas. Nabasa ko po sa cicc website na kailangan ng Letter of Intent. Nagcocompose po ako ngayon. Meron po bang mabuting tao na pwede magcheck ng letter ko baka kasi may mali akong sinabi, haha. Salamat po

Hi Sir, I read your blogs... tinawagan ko po ulit ung St. lukes sabi un daw ang sabi ng pulmonogist nila. Bale nagsputum test po ba kayo? Kasi nakasked si hubby ng sputum test. ang nakakatawa lng siya lng ang my findings sa lungs. ung sa akin is clear nman so meaning if my lung infection hindi active. hindi nga din PTB ang findings ang sinasabi lng sa akin si lung infection. pwde ba kami maglodge ng application kahit antay pa kami nung sputum test, online application kami sir? para makita na VO ung papers namin? ikaw sir online ka din ba naglodge? salamat sir sa reply

hello kapatid, salamat po sa reply. as per st. lukes sabi nila na until matapos ang medical dapat sa knila. nakakapagtaka lng sir hindi siya nerequest ng additional xray. sputum na agad. sabi 3 doctors na daw ang tumingin final sa pulmo and sabi is un na daw ang advice ng doctor... ung timeframe kasi hinahabol namin sir. meron daw culture na gagawin which is 6-8weeks daw diba ang tagal nun. september intake si hubby...

Sir meaning sa own physician na lng namin? sa april 17-19 pa schedule niya sir. nakakastress si st. lukes..hehehe wala naman request na apilordotic view. pano un sir?

You dont have to kailangan mo lang pakita tapos sa form na sasagutan mo kung ilang funds mo I convert mo na siya sa CAD.
Notarize yung affidavit of support pero kapag certified true copy parang hindi kailangan kasi original picture naman uupload mo.
