Have you submitted all the required documents right away at the beginning of the process, or they are requesting the missing docs and you were submitting it bit by bit? This make a huge different in timing. I see applying from India should only be around 5 weeks but you said since July 16, so your app is about 5 months, way too late. You may want to use the webform to check with them...
