Anybody sent Medical in Last week of Nov 09

Dear all
I sent my Medical & Passport on 24th Nov 2009 to New Delhi as desired by CHC Delhi in the month of October 2009 and also paid the landing fees

Still waiting for further replies from CHC Delhi.

Has anybody, who has sent the medical in November 09, has received Visa ????

Hi, did you get the RPRF receipt? Do you belong to the fast track or the old application process? If it is fast track, there are people who sent it later than you and got their PP back. If it's the old application, I'm not sure of the timeline. Why don't you try sending a case-specific e-mail to CHC ND?

Hi Charmuse,

I applied under fast track system in March 09 and got AOR in Apr 09. Then I filed papers in July (within 120 days time frame).
I got medical papers in Oct 09 and then done Medical and sent PP & applicable fees in Nov 09.
Till waiting from their side.

I think there is delay due to Xmas holidays.

I checked status on web today. It is still showing " In process".

Please tell me when this will change!.

Nobody knows, Raj1972. Looks like there's a lull at CHC, ND. I can't complain (yet because there are many who sent it way before me, including you. Hope to hear the good news from you soon! You didn't mention if you sent an e-mail enquiry or not.... Also, I read here that the e-CAS status changes Tuesdays only. No personal experience of that, so can't comment further.

I m repeating my query regarding receipt of visa by those who has
done their medical in the month of Nov 09.

I done my visa on Nov 09 and sent the PP & Fess to CHC ND in Nov 09
itself.

Till waiting. CHC site shows " In process".

Can any body tell me how long it will take to complete the process after
submission of medical.

I think we are almost sailing in the same boat.But my visa office is London.I got an update this week that my medicals hv been recd.I do not know how much more time for the PP request.

My ecas status as under:Case filed with London office under NOC category -0111/1111

Permanent Residence

We received your application for permanent residence on March 16, 2009.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on March 28, 2009. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the London England office on April 1, 2009. The London England office may contact you.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on August 11, 2009.

Medical results have been received.

Don't worry. Now results r coming. Actually there is delay due to Xms holidays due
to which there is backlog of old cases.

People who have submitted their medical in December r getting it.

I have done my medicals on December 22, 2009. Still the status is showing In Process. It is not even showing "Medicals results have been received." Now is this mandatory that it will show medical results have been received. All who got their passports, please advise.

No, it is not always necessary to mention " Medicals results have been received".
In my case it shows the same message.
Actually if you don't sent the medical within 45 days of the receipt of request, your case is closed and message will appear as case closed.
In your case, it is still in process, means medicals have been received by embassy.
