Here's a list of all "borders" (including airports) that you can do your landing at:

http://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/contact/listing/indexpages/indextype38-e.html

For landing at a CIC office, here are your options (appointments made through the call centre):

Guys is it Okay if a friend of mine who is not a Canadian citizen yet to come with come with me to do the flagpoling?

Ya it's fine. But make sure he stays on the Canadian side. I went with my friend for his landing. We went to Coutts border in Alberta. Right before the border there is a small restaurant on Canadian side ask your friend to wait for you there. Make sure he gets off before entering US.You can just drive in the US side. At the window US official will ask you for your passport and your purpose of going to US. And will also ask u that u ever denied entry to US. Will also ask u if you are carrying weapons. Just simply tell him you are here for flagpoling. He will ask you to park your car in Parking and come inside. Than he will give you the entry denial paper and will escort you to the Canadian side. On Canadian side there will be an officer, he will ask you for your passport and will tell u to come inside. It will take approximately 30 mins. Hope that helps
P.S. I am from Edmonton aswell.

Cgel,Thank you so much for the info, this actually will help me alot . I can not wait to finish up al of this and put it behind and carry on with my life. Thank you again for your help
