Any1 who applied on 9th july whose applcation are processed underDelhi Office ??

I have applied on 8th of July through VFS kathmandu, Nepal officeand my application is being processed at Delhi Office from 9th but no any response and even no medical call??what can be the reasons behind it ?what can i do?please help friends
