Thank you jpv! There it say regarding who should submit proof of work experience: "[The principal applicant's] spouse or common-law partner (if work experience in Canada is claimed)." My wife didn't work in Canada. So, it looks like it won't affect our total point and we are good to go without her reference letter. Please let me know if I miss anything. Thank you, again.
