Thank you jpv! There it say regarding who should submit proof of work experience: "[The principal applicant's] spouse or common-law partner (if work experience in Canada is claimed)." My wife didn't work in Canada. So, it looks like it won't affect our total point and we are good to go without her reference letter. Please let me know if I miss anything. Thank you, again.

I just read a post regarding the name change after marriage. I and my wife have been married for 14 years. In every document we are uploading which goes 10 years back, my wife has her after marriage name. Do we still need to state the name change and provide a proof for that? In that case,

1. What kind of document is accepted as a proof of name change? We're not living in our home country right now. By the way, my wife's name before marriage is let's say X Y. After marriage it became X Y Z (she kept her father's name after marriage).

2. Our marriage certificate shows her before marriage name. Do you think it is enough?

My name is rather long and is like :
first name: aaaa bbbb
last name: ccccc dddd eeee
in my passport it is written as:
first: aaaabbbb
last: ccccddddeeee
in my WES and most other documents is written as:
first: aaaa bbbb
last: cccc dddd eeee
(so with space)
in some other places like my papers or my bank account it is like:
first:aaaaa
last: ccccc
or:
first: aaaa X.
last: eeee

Now technically I never had a different name it has always been the same name but written with/without space and sometimes omitted some parts (due to length). Should I answer Yes or No to this question? what are the pros and cons?

If says "no" to question then can I just explain the spellings in the LOE?

If your profile was submitted before cut-off time then you may get ITA within 24 Hours otherwise you will have to wait for the next draw.

Yes, it won't affect your CRS score.

You need to mention all her experience in her personal history. That's all.
You are good to go.

If your profile was submitted before cut-off time then you may get ITA within 24 Hours otherwise you will have to wait for the next draw.

The EE profile normally takes around 24 - 48 hours to update after you edit it.

So, if at the time of ITA draw, your profile was updated, then you will get your ITA soon. Otherwise, wait for the next draw.

There will be two separate upload fields when you submit your application.
1) Marriage certificate
2) Legal name change certificate.

For the 2) you should submit a notarised name change certificate. You can simply go to a notary and get this done. Every notary has the format for this. It's a simple procedure.

Marriage certificate alone won't serve the purpose in your case.

Who told you that if native English speaker couldn't make it, then you can not?

Friend, there are hundreds and thousands of candidates whose first language is other than English achieve highest bands in IELTS.
To speak English and to take IELTS are two different things. You surely can achieve higher. But, it's just a correct method of doing it. Since you lack 0.5 bands, I believe you just need to brush up your skills. Just add a little bit to your method, and you'll achieve it.
