I don't see why it would, unless this condition requires extra medical attention and special medication and / or exams, which might cause excessive demand on health or social services in Canada.

I hold a bachelor's degree which is assessed by WES. I also have a certification of applied training in MBA which was a one year program of 200 hours of education from an authentic university in Iran. Is this certificate valid and acceptable to CIC? I mean, can I choose the option "two or more degrees, certifications or diplomas ...." to get more points?
should this certification and its transcript be assessed by WES, too?

Basically the option for "two or more certificates..." is not available anymore, from now on it'll be just bachelor or master

I have bachelors and 11 years of software experience in India and USA. No Canadian education or experience though.
I have 9 band in IELTS but still my points calc shows 425. (I still haven't applied.. this is just calculation from CIC website tool)
Is there any chance that I will get an ITA? Do you know what people like me can do to increase the score?

based on the trend from the start of the year, you might have a chance, if you are still waiting i would suggest you take TEF, french exam that will further enhance your points.

MBA is a masters program and yes you can claim points for it, if you get the WES done and you get thats is equivalent to canadian MBA program

A situation is like this, we used to live in Canada for 5 years. We had a bank loan, credit cards, checking accounts. When our work permits expired and were not extended we quickly left Canada. The bank loans and cc were left unpaid.

Now I got an invitation for PR through EE. Can this loan, credit cards, accounts affect my application? Should I show to cic all my accounts what I have?

if you are currently in India and you lived in Canada for 6 months then you are suppose to submit RCMP document from Canada , in that document it will be stated with any criminal record is present on your name.If the records come clean, then you need not have to disclose the banking information in Canada, since your POF are in the form of Indian currency if FSW, if CEC then there is no need of proof of funds, just write a letter to immigration officer that your are selected under CEC and need not to show any proof of funds.But on landing Canada i doubt any bank would give you a credit card.But also contact lawyers and other members, just don't take my words.

It was a really stressful time and the last thing we were thinking when leaving Canada was our debt.

depends if any criminal charges were laid on you by the bank which will show up on your RCMP report, then you wont be able to apply for PR.
no you wouldn't have to disclose Canadian bank accnt details unless asked for.

Guys,

I have two questions:
1. My bachelors degree has name Afaq Mohammed Ayub Qazi, while my Masters degree has Afaq Qazi Mohammed Ayub. This is all due to previous passports with no Surname and they just shuffled my surname between Qazi and Ayub. My question is do I need to mention this is my Application that there is a name change? and provide legal documents to prove it? If so, what all documents will I require. PS: All the passports (new and old) have correct Names except the most recent old one.
2. What should I write in canadian equivalency for Degree's that are not considered equivalent as per canadian education system? Should I even mention that ECA done in last 5 years for this degree? Or should I just select No as option?
