I have some qyestions

1. Will my bank draft from my FSW application be returned to me(I sent my FSW application December 14 2014, I don't think it beat the quota for NOC 3012 Registered Nurses because it became full) . I'm going to get it back, right?

2. I applied for EE NOC 3012 Registered Nurses. I studied architecture(WES said Bachelors Degree)...am I supposed to get points for that even though my main education is my Nursing degree equal to only 2 years Diploma? Yes, right?

3. I'm in the UK currently working as Adaptation Nurse because I'm still in the process of becoming a Registered Nurse here. I should declare it, right? But it's not counted as Registered Nurse experience, right?

4. After the first draw, the top scorers will be gone, right? So the new top scorers will have a lower score, right?

5. Just input the WES Ref # into EE and they will know the result of my WES ECA, right? It's electronically linked just like the IELTS scores, right?

Dear Friend could you please tell me,
Can we apply two different Application Under Express Entry System. One application by me and another by my Spouse.
It is possible or we will be under Inadmissible?
Thanks.

Education, yes. Not specifically Canadian education (over outside-Canada education).

The only convenience is Canadian educations don't need ECA.

Does work experience have to be related to your field of education? As in my case I did my graduation and post graduation in computer applications but my experience of more than 5 years is into banking sector. There are NOC codes which contain duties that I am are applicable in my job profile. Can I apply under the express entry?

Hi. I applied for PR under CEC in November, and I'm currently waiting for AOR to be issued.
While I'm waiting, can I still create my profile for Express Entry?
Or would this automatically remove my CEC application (is there any rule that I can only apply for one or something?)

I completed 2YR Diploma in Canada and have 2+ YRS of full-time work experience.
And I have Listening: : Listening: 7.5, Reading: 6.0, Writing: 7.0, Speaking: 8.0. (Overall Band Score of 7.0) from my IELTS exam.

Thanks :D

Not necessarily a problem. But e.g. if one claims to have a college diploma in auto mechanics and have a NOC for art history professor, that could raise concerns for its legitimacy with CIC officers.
As long as doesn't sound too ridiculous, it should be fine.

Hi,
Can anybody know the difference between job offer, arrange employment and job contract?

Wont be a problem. It fulfills cic requirement.eg someone had done masters in music but working as mechanic his work related documents will prove his credentials. He may have got in house training.

There is no question about fsw, the question is simple are they asking about pr application or any application submitted to citizenship and immigration(CIC) of canada.....
