did anybody here get your ECA done by WES? hw long it takes? Is it mandatory that they have to receive the certificate from the institution where I studied? what all documents they need to receive from the institution ?plz help

are there separate score comparison of FSW AND FST candidates or it doesnt matter whether you apply as a trade person or skilled worker? coz im damn sure a IT masters will not weld or paint. so if score of trades are compared against trades or not?

Apply with your spouse. If you are scoring good, then IELTS of spouse isn't required.
Seeing the trend of invites, I don't think spouse IELTS really gives any mileage leading to the invitation.

Hi,

I have more than two years of part-time work experience as a mechanical engineer for an automotive company and performed most of the duties mentioned by NOC. However, I was a student of mechanical engineering when I was working for that company and not a mechanical engineer!
Although, in my job certificate and all my contracts, my job title is "mechanical engineering specialist."
I was wondering if CIC accepts this work experience or the completion of an engineering degree is required.

Yes, you will get points. It is not linked to IELTS.
This is also not mandatory. However, if your score is less than 600 points, better get the ECA done for your spouse. Based on the final score, you may decide on IELTS too.

I have few questions on WES assessment.

its seems wes Ref# is not available before payment of the fees. so my questions are

1. when this ref # is actually needed? is it possible to fill the For Authorized Officials section of the form without this ref# and later on when i submit the application with payment and put the ref# in position?
2. is there any way to get the ref# without payment option.

My question is that if I make a profile for Express Entry and after that profile if I need to do some change can I do these changes. For Example (if I make a profile with my Ielts score 7, and later on i again gave Ielts Exam and in that Exam I got Ielts score 8, Can I made this change to my express entry profile)PEASE REPLY ME AS I HAVE TO MAKE MY EXPRESS ENTRYPROFILE

Can any one answer my Question, and can some one share any specific link from CIC regarding my Question it would be a great help.

you cannot change the ielts score pls enter your actual bands

But i have Posted my this question on this forum in different subject and many of them answer me that i can change my Ielts band and I can update my profile accordingly. Can you share me some specific link about that.. thanks

I have some questions regarding express entry.Hope to get the reply soon.


1) I have around 6-6.5 years of working experience and worked in number of companies/firms. All my employers are not giving me the experience letters including my last company in which i worked. My question is can i use the bank statements/ Provident Fund Statements (Salary transferred in bank account) in place of experience letter as proof.

2) I want to know is there any specific language needed for experience letter.

3) Is it necessary to have job offer from canada.

4.) I have no job right now, is it a negative in my application.

I have a query regarding the documentation. For my spouse, her 10th, 12th, B.com degree marks cards and certificate have
a different spelling than what is mentioned in her Passport (also her Voter ID, PAN card and Bank statements have different spellings.)
Please let me know if these are going to be problem when I send the documents to Canada.

Please help me in sorting out following queries.

1. What do we understand by " Certificate of qualification in a trade occupation issued by a province" ? Any relation with our Education Credential Assessment ?

I have gone through CRS Calculator here and without calculating points for " Certificate of qualification in a trade occupation issued by a province", I got score of 392. I have my educational certificates both B.Tech and MBA done ECA through WES.

Kindly help me in this dear.
