I had a look on Government of AB website and found this
Stage 3 reopening
Stage 3: Two weeks after 70% of Albertans 12+ (born in 2009 or earlier) have received at least one dose.
Expected to be effective in late June or early July.
All restrictions lifted, including ban on indoor social gatherings
Isolation requirements for confirmed cases of COVID-19 and some protective measures in continuing care settings remain

If everything goes according to the plan, and once stage 3 is in effect ( Late June or early July) do you guys think local IRCC offices in AB can still use public health restriction to not resume in person services ? As IRCC employees are under Federal jurisdictions, how does this work? Anyone has any idea?
