Hi..i am trying to fill Application for wes evaluation but i am not sure i should choose university education or professional education in details of education. Also i am confused about what ' year awarded' means as my degree was completed in 2013 as mentioned on the degree certificate but completed a year of compulsory internship in 2014 and degree was given to us at our convocation in 2015. So which should i select?

Your degree certificate bears the year the degree was awarded. Check it.

Yep..
The only category higher than that is the Phd
Afaik, we get the same points as a masters degree. 126 points with spouse

Can anyone please guide me my score is 382 ,which provinces can give provincial nomination for overseas dentists without having licence .I also heard the Ontario closed it is nominee program .Moreover , how can I get a job offer in any province Skill 0 or B non regulated profession which can boost my CRS score ? .

When we fill education details.. We have to choose type of institution from a drop down menu..that is where i was confused as to which option to choose

Wait for the OINP to open up again. That's your best bet.
Chances of getting a job offer and LMIA are slim without being qualified in that particular profession.
It's better that you wait and apply for the OINP. You can also retake your IELTS to gain a better score so that it improves your CRS score
