Any additional points in Express Entry CRS for US work experience?

US work experience falls under Foreign Work - there's no difference between working in the US and working in Mongolia, for example. No special treatment or extra points.
Since you have more than three years of Foreign Work experience, you'll get max points (50) as long as your IELTS score is CLB 9+. If you get CLB 7-8, you'll get 25 points.
