Try to use the UCI number and make sure to change the option when using it. Look carefully and you will find it in the options.

Dear All,

I'm trying to submit my passports to the Canadian Embassy in Warsaw from Jeddah. I contacted Aramex, DHL and Fedex but none of them deals with the Canadian Embassy in Warsaw. If it is the Embassy in Riyadh or UAE then they would have accepted.

Anybody sent their passport from Saudi Arabia? If yes, then how?

Thanks for the information... I have contacted both; TNT used to have this service but now they do not.. and UPS they do not provide it.


Any help?
 
send the PPs to jordan or dubai and from there U can send them to warsaw by DHL or Aramex
the jordan offices have more options and able to find different solutions

> We would like to inform, that immigration documents for you are ready to be picked-up. You can collect them in person. We can also send the documents to you, but first please arrange for the pre-paid courier services (DHL, UPS or TNT, not/not FedEx).
Your CONFIRMATION OF PERMANENT RESIDENCE is valid until ....;

I appreciate your help. If I understand this notice correctly: it is about pick up PR documents but nothing about sending the passport for visa stamp clearly!!!
is there anybody receive the same email and how to react as CIC doesn't answer for inquiry lately!! ???

it seems that ur from visa-exempt country in which no need for visa stamp , only COPR .,, and its enough to land according to my information

could u please share ur timeline and ur visa office and NOC

Visa office: Warsaw office
Timeline: >the application received on March 19,2010.
>transferred application to the Warsaw office on December 20, 2011.
>application was reviewed and started processing on May 7, 2012.
>request for Medical was in March 2014 , documents update received by Warsaw office in March 31.

Good luck to all friends in this forum who are waiting in the final stage. :)

Try the post office and ask about the fastest way to send them. Express mail usually take 3-5 days.

Good day, I've sent my passports last week by aramex from riyadh to warsaw and did arrive the embassy.

i had to check all the courier companies in KSA. none of them do the service except aramex.

you go to Aramex, say to them i want to send a prepaid courier (they call it international express airway bill) they will give you 2 copies, one is:

from: your address in KSA
To: canadian embassy address in warsaw (given in the PPR letter)

another copy :
from:canadian embassy in warsaw (given in the PPR letter)
To: your address in KSA.

you need to fill both and pay the courier fees.

after that tell them that once passports are ready (Visa is stamped and immigration docs are ready), you will notify Aramex KSA to go and pick up passports (they will communicate this update with aramex poland for picking up the passports, COPR and other docs) on parallel you should send an email to warsaw VO asking them to notify you once passports are ready.
