March 25 they sent us an email to send it my husband went all the way there to turkey and they didnt let him in the embassy so he mailed it in turkey and they say now that they havent got it and we have to send it again i also emailed them.1000 times no one answered , did they ask you for any documents ? Do you know what they are working on now? I heard police check is the last step and it takes 1-3 months to get answer depending on your file

I wish I saw that earlier. I could have helped you with that. They never want you to go to the embassy. It always says in those emails that you can only send it to them by post. No in person delivery. And they usually give more time than 7 days I think. When I was asked for more documents they gave me 40 days to send them. When you go to get your ppr you don't go to the embassy either by the way. There is a different processing office close to the embassy. That's where you need to go for your ppr.

No i just found out they didnt recieve my husbands police certificate yet just my luck they told us to send it again
