Iranian people can use this company www.iranankara.com for getting their visa from Ankara. It the best and secure company in Tehran for picking up the visa from Ankara. Call to them and they will help you to get the visa ASAP.

They should give you the instruction in the email. I did the parent visa before and the role was like

We will accept passport submissions on Tuesdays and
Wednesdays only between 0830 and 1000. Passports/visas can only be collected on
the next business day (Wednesday for Tuesday submissions; Thursday for Wednesday
submissions) between 1400 and 1600.

You should check the rules now for spouse sponsorship. Also you can assign a person/travel agent to submit and collect on your behalf.

The rules in Iran did not allow posting of the passport before. I think it is still the same.

Thank you for the information. In fact the letter has a link that has detailed information as to how to submit the passport. It is a Visa Application Center (vfsglobal.ca). I was wondering the time it takes to have the visa stamped and returned to the applicant. Based on information from a post in 2014 (actually copy paste of the actual letter) it states that submitting the passport in person it takes 3-4 days if submitted to Ankara VAC and 5-6 days if submitted to Istanbul VAC to have the passport ready for pickup. The site also provides tracking.

Was it received by Ankara according to postal service ? If so no need to worry becouse I sent documents too and no confirmation sent by Ankara so you need to wait unfortunately. You are almost there after background check is designed made time

i have applied for work permit visa on 21st november-2016 and my visa got rejected in week time.then my company again re-applied with additional documents on 11th december-2016 later on 21st december-2016 i received request for reason that why am i applying for 3 year work permit my consultant sent the reason documents to them on same day since then i am waiting for update.

as per cic website processing time for workpermit 2 week but in my case i am still waiting for above month now.

Please advice if you have pass through same situation.
