1-We received your application for permanent residence on September 16, 2013.
2-We started processing your application on March 15, 2014.
3-Medical results have been received.
4-A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

Yes you are right, exactly you were right. I got my PPR today Nov 4th 2014, So happy about that.

5-PPR Nov 4th
6-Passport send on Nov 7th
7-Passport returned at Dec 4th

I emailed Ottawa a month ago but no reply yet.

I just applied for a work permit extention so I am not worried but still notification form CIC should come through in the next while, it has been too long
