My husband gave his passports to VAC on feb-26-15
He was called on mar-15-15 for pick up
This was our wait time it could be less or up to 3 weeks
From the day you submit the passport thats what the lady
At VAC told my husband

Finally we got the medical request after almost 6 years of wait for parent sponsorship , they also requested to update forms (background and family) but my question if anybody has experience which way is faster to send them by courier or by email? because they mentioned in the email that you may scan the documents and send them by email, anybody has any experience with that?

my sis applied for visitor visa in Amman through VAC on March 10, she received passport request by email on April 1, she sent passports on April 3, 2015 and received visas on April 21 , so the whole process took about 45 days which is very slow considering it's only a visitor visa.

Iam sponsoring my wife, I got the SA and the file transfered to Amman VO on May the 7th 2015. Im wondering, is there a time tracking spread sheet for Amman applicants? what is the approximate real waiting time from file transfer to PPR? i know the CIC web site says 22 months, but I hope it is going to be less than that.
