Thank you SARM90 in February 20 2013 they requested my iraqy citizenship and asked me to pay 490 for the pr I think that was the last stage of my process I don't no probably the will ask me to do it again

it's the same day when they requested the citizenship certificate from me... i suggest you can request the GcMS notes and see what they did on your application if they extended your medical or not,then you can send them email to ask them about the medical...

hi azad I think this form will send to you with passport request its called authorization form or something like that coz its one of the ways to send the passport also you can look for it in cic website but i think they will send it to you .........

azad u should contact your lawyer if they sent the PR to him ,if you cannot reach him and if you have any one can go to the lawyer office in amman or iraq

if you want to send your dad to jordan for the visa you must do authorization to him so he can get visa.
