Canadian Immigration has no timeline on how long who has been waiting look like they go by who the like whos file they pick up from the pile of files in no specific order

2- must include Consent if my wife order it for me
3- and what must select electronic file or physical file
4- how can pay the fee 5.00

2-yes its must.
3-electronic file.
4- when you complete all these steps the page will transfer you to another page and said that the fee is 5$ you can pay it by credit card or visa card.

Thank you SARM90 in February 20 2013 they requested my iraqy citizenship and asked me to pay 490 for the pr I think that was the last stage of my process I don't no probably the will ask me to do it again
