My wife’s application was received at Damascus office on March 01 2011 and we didn’t hear anything afterward, I sent them emails, they replied with generic format like everyone received and they don't answer phone calls at all! I hope Allah will dispel this process for everyone soon Inshallah specially who has been waiting for more than 15 months!

yes for us also no one answer our emails, and for calling nothing the lady there don`t transfer you for any body, enshala we hear any thing good ya rb
