We have received the request (with approval) to send my family passports to Visa Office (Canadian Embassy) in Amman-Jordan last month (March). We've couriered the passports; and they have received them by 5th March, 2013.
How long usually it takes to get the passports ready for collection?
Is it normal that visa stamping is taking all that long (more than 5 weeks)?
Is there a chance they will send back the passports (NOT STAMPED) for any reason (Other than unmatched names, expired or physically damaged passports)?
We've have sent them 3 emails to follow up and unluckily we got no single feedback
