1. I have a 3 year bachelor degree, 2 year Masters degree(Results haven't published yet) and 1 year work experience. I want to get another masters degree or diploma. Which is better for me. masters or diploma?

2. The results of my masters degree have not been published. So can i show my masters degree while applying university.

3. Also to get a part time job which is better? Diploma or masters?

4. Approximately how long does it take my application to get accepted?

After a Master, another Master or a PhD is appropriate compared to settling for a Diploma which won't seem to be a logical progression. if you haven't got your final certificate or transcript, get some unofficial document to show for it

Nobody can tell you how long it will take to get accepted or not. Every case is different.
