Alternative documents for birth certificate

Hello,

Does anyone know if there's any alternative to birth certificate that I can submit to CIC? I checked with home and unfortunately no birth certificate could be found. Would appreciate if anyone can provide input.

Get a self affadavit and get it notorized and suggest to give some document details in it where DOB mentioned like passport/driving licencse.

For some folks following documents where accepted as proof of birth -
- affidavit from parents
- 10th marksheet/school leaving certificate where your DOB and atleast one parent name (mother/father) is mentioned.
