Hey Everyone,
I need some expert advise or some senior member to answer this please. I visited Canada in november 2013 I already have a visitor visa remaining for around 2 years and has got admission in Sheridan college for a one year program do I need to apply for a TRV or I only have to submit the study permit form and not required to fill the form for TRV?

Secondly does my TRV helps me getting a Study Permit?
Can a sponsorship letter/support letter from an uncle living in Canada be a help in getting a Study Permit. Can I show my uncles Bank Details or Statement?
If I use my own account or my father then Is it very important or must that fixed funds are present in the bank account for more then four months? Because I don't have much time left now and I need to apply and cant wait for four months.
Regards,
Honey

visitor visa with remaining 2 years will be cancelled without prejudice and a TRV with study written instead of visit.

Secondly, yes your TRV with previous trips to Canada will help you getting a Study Permit. But with no travel I don't think so.
A sponsorship letter/support letter from your uncle with corresponding bank Details will be use as proof of funds.
If you use any account whether your own account or your father it is it very important funds are present atleast 4 months.

You can combine all your funds as proof of funds.

Goodluck

Sir can you please tell me if Im refused a student visa will my visitor visa be cancelled???

Secondly I am selected for a 2 years accounting diploma at Sheridan but Im trying to get the offer converted to a 4 year BBA(Accounting) program or at-least a 3 years advanced diploma and then apply for a study visa does that help or increase chances for a study visa or not? like is it a good option or bad? And yes i visited canada 1.5 years back for around a month. since then i didnt go again but I have a visitor TRV remaining for 2 years.
Your reply would be very helpful thanks in advance.
