Almost 9 months of processing still in process

Hi everyone,

My AOR is 27th November 2018, medical was passed in January 2019 and till date my file is still under processing, recently i called the agent and they said my file has a review required, additional documents were requested 4 months ago, and till now they are processing

if anyone has faced a similar situation please post thanks

that is okay! once a file is in review.. it can take months to get it resolved. consider yourself still lucky that you were asked for additional docs. People have been waiting for months to at least get an update
I am May , 2018 AOR. Still have not got PPR since I was in review. just 2 days back got re med.
