All Work Experience needed?

Hi,

I was wondering if I need to include all work experience even if it would not be counted as a skilled work experience.

I work as a part time server at family owned restaurant before I got a supervisor job at a hotel. I worked for over 1 year at a hotel after graduating college in Canada which made me to be able to apply for CEC. I was gonna put that part time work on my work experience, however, the thing is that the employer did not keep any record of my work there so that they cannot provide me a ROE. Unfortunately, I cannot even remember when I started and how long I worked for the place since I had 2 jobs at the same time.

I have 2 letters from my current and past employers that will cover my work experience for the past 3 years.

Do I still need to put that part time job information on work experience without reference letter?

You don't need the reference letter of your unskilled work experience ,
