Hi ksa, do you have any estimates about when 2171 out-of-cap application can be expected to be returned to applicant? Mine reached in mid Oct and I understand that my application would not be in the cap. When can I expect to receive the package?

I have a UCI no. as I have visited canada last year as TR.
When I check my application status online system is telling that they have no records.
Does this mean that my application will be returned? Or this application will have a new UCI?

If you are confident with your app... Your safe..

With regards to the cap... No one really knows how it works but if seniors are right that capping is done through completeness check then we can assume all October applicants passed the completeness check..

KSA how did you come up with this assumptions? If I will count... Charging should be starting by90 to120 days from app received... Mine received on October 7... If I will count it's only 60 days from now..

Right me if I'm wrong... But with you saying all of this... I really find it trustworthy! Thanks KSA
