U meant oct 1st 2nd and 3rd 3012 got charged or other nocs

With other noc's
my hint on this is... Because of the previous clearings from IT related nots that's why cold noc are put on set back.. That's why they are being prioritized now... But this is just my assumptions...

I hope we would be in the cap... Your a 3012 applican right?

Thanks. It's DD but I checked with the bank and they said that they cannot check if it's been in cashed or not. They are always giving the date it was issued. Meaning the date when my account was debited.

The banks are too lazy to do their jobs of course they will know it if they want...

If an oct 3 applicants told they are being charged... Probably all of us will be in the next cap update... I myself is a bit tensed since I am also in a hot noc... 3012..

But we'll see.. I think we have a fair chance...

Yes, you're in the cap. Completeness checks are first done and caps are accounted for and capped accordingly. Hence, you're in since you're 3rd October but be prepared to get good news in form of PER 2 weeks later than the applicant who got charged on your date but through CC.
