no I'm from Nepal but for nepalese peoples visa office is New Delhi SO, I don't have pin code so where I can get the pin code ? I'm submitting my passport from Nepal to NDVO.

Not all applicants can check the status in ECAS. ECAS was for applications pre EE.

If you already crossed 12 months, you can try your luck by mentioning that. This application won't affect your Sponsorship application. Good Luck!
