Nothing is happening, Immigration really don't care about people.

They take their own sweet time but we are the one who is suffering, its been almost 2 year and i haven't seen my partner.

How can we escalate this I mail them yesterday requesting for information about our process it says reply with in 30days..! This waiting from our loved ones is unimaginable to everyone I think they really don’t care about our feelings or our situations they are just focusing on student applications till date Just hopping for some positive updates every day...
