No. Those who have gotten their COPR before 18th March are eligible to travel.
no, this is not true. even if you received your COPR after March 18 you can travel under the exemptions. THE COPR before march 18 is for those in a different category such as federal skill workers, and students.

Here are the exemptions as listed on the IRCC website:
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/coronavirus-covid19/travel-restrictions-exemptions.html#family_cit_pr

Hey, listen, i'm not giving out wrong info, u can call IRCC yourself and ask. Also, you need to read the travel and exemption section of that link you sent. If you don't want to travel, fine, but let other people have access to the information before criticizing others who have read this multiple times since March!

As far as i know the evacuation flights have been fully booked. you can contact air india, it seems like they are rolling out phase 3 of the same plan effective June 13, once second phase ends. but all flights are from New delhi. I'm in Baroda, so not sure how i'll get to new delhi to take that flight.

Hello ,
I got PPR on 17th March 2020 but couldn't submit passport due to lockdown and VFS not functioning in Nepal .
My medical has crossed a year on March 27 , in this case shall I send passport immediately after VFS resumes or wait for re medical request .
Can anyone suggest if similar case has been noticed.

Make a webform request from your account and tell them your current situation i am sure they will give you a extension on your passport submit date.
