I wanna ask if it is ok to book tickets for the next week on the basis of current trends? I submitted my passport this Monday and transferred to Chd consulate same day. Anyone here from the same situation?
I heard CHD took max 5-10 days to return passport.

Tuesday is holiday so expect it on Wednesday. You may add another day just to be on the safe side

Does anyone know how much time does Delhi VFS take for passport stamping? We submitted the passport on Thursday and they said 10-12 days. Do you think it is safe to book flights?

Don’t trust them. NDVO is so unpredictable. You can not take risk upto month in case of ndvo

Both are same...it was mentioned in the officers comments..you can find those comments at the last two pages of your gcms notes.
If we order gcms once, there one representative will there know , will he only get the updates ? Will they remove our sponsor as representative? If we apply gcms

I am march 22nd applicant. File transferred to ndvo on 17th june. My gcms notes says interview waiver..but still eligibility in progress..I dint receive prearrival or anything from ndvo for the past 8months..what would be the reason?. Going to complete one year mark in 15days... strtd ordering GCMS notes from August 2019. Receiving same notes every month without any changes.
This happens in very rare cases when something is stuck like background check, security clearance. DID applicant travel too many countries? And ordering GCMS again and again may cause delays too. Security is done by CSIS, you will never see any info related to this on your GCMS . Do you read 'interview waived or waiver'

Interview Waiver and Eligibility seem like married to each other. We know Eligibility is a major thing . If eligibility is not passed interview may follow. Junior officer may recommend Interview waiver but then file goes to Final VO I have seen notes where 1st officer gives all good points in his notes as to compatibility, education, age gap, real pictures, kids like step dad; he writes all possible +ves and Negs in his notes ONLY recommend what he thinks out of all. File moves to a senior Official who reads all notes. It is up to him now either he almost agrees with notes or he figures out a weaker -ve point. Here eligibility comes in the way. This can be an interview.
