Praise Allah. I'm so happy for you. We are still waiting for the email to update medical and police and background checks. June 24, 2019 is when we won our appeal and July 22, 2019 is when we got our written NOTICE OF DECISION. Missaiga said they sent our case to the vo in Rabat on August 29, 2019. They should have received it within 10 days!!

Our ADR was on Aug 26th but received Decision letter on Sept 10th. No more updates since then. How many people are waiting for forms request.

next is wait for your bluebook then your case assign officer contact you and your lawyer with conference call
then your case officer decide ADR or Full Hearing .

its took 120 days from appeal confirmation date everyone will get bluebook via regular post

Your lawyer will get what's called a bluebook. And then you will get a letter for Adr or full hearing. In the meantime gather all proofs of your marriage, chats, pics, money support, shared property, trip itinerary.

Salam everyone, my appeal is on October 9th. Please pray for me. My wife has been rejected visa twice and now I have appealed for the first time. Ours was an arranged marriage back in 2013. Hi, I have asked before but no response. How do you confirm that they got the appeal? I filed for an appeal myself and I don’t have a confirmation yet that IAD got the appeal.
