can you login the cic system with your UCI# https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do?lang=en&_ga=1.158373946.1253016776.1438465285 ? What is the date that your appeal is allowed on your decision letter? For cases that are processed in Ottawa, people usually received their document request in a month after their appeal is allowed, so most likely you case will be processed in LVO.

My wife also goes to MP office they says you wait two three weeks if still you get nothing then come to our office
But JYC in how much time response coming from LVO and or everything normal

I don't know how long but if you read some of the earlier post in this thread, there is a guy from LVO said he can access his cic account after 6 weeks of his appeal.

I appealed on Dec 18th
I got acknowledgement letter on Jan 2017
Then blue book in May 2017
I appealed in calgary, she only asked two questions about the note the vo wrote and the rest was about the document we submitted.... how I meet my husband, where, how the relationship developed, when I arrive and how? Something small about my ex husband and our plans? How much I do get from work? What my husband does? And if we have any plans of having children? And lastly, how much we spent on the property that we purchased in back home....thats allllllll

Hello, I am looking at your time line. I sent my documents on November 09 to IAD and Ministers Counsil Department. How long did it take you for an ADR? and Congratulations! I really wish I can reunite with my husband too.

Yes I had ADR on July. But they didn't make any decision after the ADR meeting.

How long did u waited to get ur schedule for full hearing since the day you applied for appeal?

Its exactly 1 year since I submit appeal. I had submitted some documentation and a letter to expedite my full hearing date (and they confirmed that they approve to expedited full hearing date) after my ADR and kept in touch with the scheduling office requesting for an early date. I got a date in Dec, then they called back and said there is a opening in Nov, which I took right away.

Hello everyone.

I just got a full hearing date scheduled for January 2019. I am very anxious and nervous. For the hearing, will my lawyer do most of the talking or will they be asking directly questions to me? Will they question my spouse in front of me or in another room? Any advice you can give me on what the expect at the hearing, that would be great. Thank you.

Update from us: Schedule A, Generic Application Form and Additional Family Information updated forms requested Nov 19 - we submitted them as instructed the following Monday (Nov 26). CIC Account now shows background check is in progress and they have received the additional documents. [Updated police record checks and medical had already been uploaded.] Nov 19 email request advised they will be looking at the file again in 30 days to make final decision based on the information on hand. Continuing in prayer...

Can you submit an usb stick which includes your photos and video of the wedding to the IRB for evidence? Or does everything have to be paper copy?

I think it states in the document checklist the it must be paper. The won't put a USB in their computer s incase it's a virus
