Congrats to all , gango and the rest for having their visa , I'm soo happy for you guys , hoping my day will come soon.

I got email from vo that they receive my daughters medical but not receive mine to date , they asking for proof that I did the medical and when it was sent to Ottawa .

We did medial since November 2014. Anyone can share any experience in this case, thank you

and if the cic asks the proofs, send them the payment receipts of medical you did for your daughter and for your self dont worry they do many many mistakes like this but if we did a small thing they refuse us dont know whose law? good luck

you can call IAD & check it out but if they have decided only otherwise you have to wait till they inform you

ok dont worry you'll hear from them very soon as the vancouver time line is shorter than the toronto
they'll take around 10 months i think
collect enough evidences to prove that your marriage is genuine.... thats what you can do your best to get through this appeal... put everything aside and collect proofs good luck

I am not sure why you haven't seen each other in so long. Maybe you have a good reason but you wiill have to convince the appeal board that your marriage is genuine despite being separated for so long. That will not be easy. You must get together and meet each other. I have been waiting a long time for this nighmare to end. It is so important for the couple to support each other and not let this crazy process ruin your relationship. Stay strong the same way we are all trying to stay strong and not go crazy waiting for our spouses to join us.

I filed for my wife's case in 2013.
Rejected in 2014 (without an interview)
Appeal (ADR) on 2015 - No conclusion

I was told by the immigration person that since there was no interview, she can not resolve the appeal. Hence she now wants to request that my wife be interviewed. They made me wait a full year just to tell me that there was no interview conducted. They knew that in 2014. Now they tell me a full hearing, if i want, will take place in April 2016.

This is pathetic. We all need to sue CIC/CBSA for negligent behavior.

My IAD hearing on March 26, 2015. I was wondering if IAD or ADR was most successful? I am so nervous. How is this process set up on that day? Please if anyone experience will explain. Thanks.

I had an ADR hearing in Toronto, it took 10 months for me. I appealed January 2014 and my hearing was Oct 2014!!! In most cases it's within 6-10months now but don't give up. Keep calling them and asking them to give you a date!!!

Also in the meantime, collect as much proof as you can it will be very helpful.

they are making you wait another year ?. Better than the 28 months many of us had to wait for appeal
