I will thank you for your time.I will not appeal .You are being of a very big help in all the forum I ‘ve been watching.God bless you.

I'm not sure if it's wise to take advise from random people online for a life changing decisions. People are just nice and and try to give their opinions based on the best of their knowledge.
Nothing replace a lawyer. A good lawyer knows the ins and outs of the law. The least you can do is to seek a legal advise.

I'd just want to add that online you can find guidance, not even a lawyer without knowing you case can give you legal advise

You sponsored another spouse before. Did you get divorced before getting married to you new wife?
I am not sure exactly what "wrong in law or fact or mixed law fact (2) a principle of natural justice has not been observed" really means.
You should order GCMS note and consider to hire a lawyer if you haven't done so.
Are you currently in Canada or outside with your spouse?

Hi All,

Has anyone appealed the outland spousal refusal recently, and have any timelines? My brother-in-law is sponsoring his wife and he got the rejection letter yesterday. The officer asked why everything is moving too fast for his marriage in the interview (almost a year after they had dated, he visited her one and another time for the wedding). We sent the appeal today. We are frustrated as he and his wife are not young (33 and 31). In our culture, this is a late time to bring his wife and have kids. He had all the traditional marriages (one pre-wedding, two weddings in two different provinces with all the relatives and a few hundred guests).

We are also contacting our MP and the Minister for his sponsorship application.

Thanks.

Tough to comment without knowing more about the applicants, their backgrounds, their relationship histories, etc.
